My Three Lucky Charms

Welcome March! How the months fly by. We enjoy the month of March. This is Aiden's favorite month because his birthday falls on the 26th. I can't believe he will be 7 this year. We also like to go downtown to the St Patricks Day Parade and ride on the fire truck with Grandpa "T". This lucky month reminds me of the three lucky charms in my life. My boys are everything to me. This stage of life is so fun. I enjoy being their mother.

Things are well. I had a wonderful time visiting Rob, Heather & Maisy. They are so fun to be around. They make wonderful parents. I am so proud of Heather, she has taken on motherhood gracefully. It was very hard to say good bye. I enjoyed spending the weekend with mom. What a great trip.

The boys are well. We will be starting Spring Soccer this month. Bill wanted them to play baseball, but they chose soccer. They seem to enjoy it more. We are all anxious for Spring and can't wait for spring break. We are planning a little trip up to Montana to visit Frank and Connie. We can hardly wait. The boys love to visit their Uncle and Aunt. Bill had surgery last Thursday. He had a Hernia that needed to be taken care of. He is recovering well and was back to work Monday. He will be soar for a while and can't lift anything for a month. Walker doesn't understand why he won't pick him up. We celebrated Dads birthday last night at the Turner's. We had the traditional corned beef & cabbage. YUM! I made a cheese cake (Van's favorite) for dessert. We enjoyed every ones company. The kids sure have fun together. I sure enjoy looking at the blogs to see how you all are doing. Oh which reminds me Conner and Bri Christmas Vacation is over! We would love an update from the McFaddens. I love and miss all of you!

2009 Jr. Jazz Basketball Season

Yeeeaaaah! The boys have finished their basketball. I believe the boys had fun. I can't say that for the parents. Especially for Lesley driving so much down to the foreign country, Glendale, and back every Tuesday and Wednesday and then games on Saturday. We might just get some of our Saturday mornings back to do more things.

It is fun to see the boys change and develop.

Andrew I think has really taken a liking to the game. His shot is looking really good; he just needs to be more aggressive.

Aiden on the other hand has a lot of skill and all the aggression one could ever think of and not the height right now.

They are fine young men!!!!!!

Happy Valentine's XOXO

A little message from our den to yours. I am amazed how the months fly by. We have been keeping busy. The boys are doing well. Junior Jazz keeps us going three days a week. They have just three games left in the season and will be sad when it's over. I on the other hand A.K.A. Taxi driver will be glad to see it come to an end! They have really had fun.

Life is full of surprises however this one I should have seen coming raising three boys. I have a new calling in our ward I am the Bear Den leader over the cub scouts. I really am convinced that they just picked me for my last name. How cute is that! Mama Baer over her cubs in the Bear Den. Anyway I haven't quite brought myself to buying the scout attire. You know scout shirt, tube socks and shorts. Andrew has asked that I not wear a uniform in fear I might embarrass him. Anyway we are having fun! There are about 11 boys that attend each week. We meet at the ward which makes it nice. My home can stay in one piece that way.

Another surprise to our family came a couple weeks ago. Bill was called to serve in the Stake Presidency as 1st counselor in our Stake. This calling can be for 8 1/2 to 9 years. He is excited for the assignment. I know the Lord will watch over us and bless us as he serves.

We had a fun weekend Taiden had his 1 year birthday party. It was so fun the kids were so cute. Summer did a music theme party. I made Taiden a birthday cake that looked like an ipod it turned out pretty cute. They rented a place at the Rec center called the Unity Center. It was a great place for a party. Summer is a wonderful mother Taiden is so lucky. Natalie's friend Brittany got married on Sat. I did the flowers and we were invited to the wedding. It was beautiful! We left early with dad and mom and went to dinner. It was a great time to visit without the interruption of kids.

Well another busy week awaits. Tomorrow night I have invited mom to go with me to a class on organization and spring cleaning. We also have a fun night planned this week to take the kids to Family Skate Night at Classic Skating. I will take pictures. Hope you all enjoy the upcoming holiday. I'm sure I will be helping a little at the shop. Hugs and Kisses

Happy New Year

Happy New Year! We have had some fun times over the holidays. We had a great visit with the Gillins over the weekend. We went sledding at Sugar House Park it was a beautiful day. The kids had a lot of fun. New Years Eve we spent the night at the Turner's. We ate a lot of yummy Mexican food, played games, and watched movies. Andrew and Aiden stayed up to ring in the new year. We slept in and grandma made a wonderful breakfast for us. Bill has the day off tomorrow and we plan on doing something fun with the kids. I love the time we have been able to spend with family. I'm grateful for this blessing in my life. May you all have a a great 2009! We love you.

Christmas Morning

Santa brought a surprise to the Baer's den. Mama Baer even was excited. Notice the before and after pictures. "Wii" are having so much fun with our new toy. The kids love the boxing game. Andrew over did it the first day and was very sore. He layed on the heating pad most of the next day. They really get a work out. It has been fun for the entire family.
